Epitaxial films of metalc yttrium on single crystal substrate
Description
An electron diffraction study has been made on the epitaxial growth of vaum-depited metallic yttrium films on the cleavage face of rocksalt crystal as well as on non-crystalline collodion and glass substrates. The deposits were found to be polycrystalline when deposited on non-crystalline substrates and on the single ystal held at 150deg Σ (author)
