Control room and ergonomic design
Description
The important basis for the configuration of the control room of a nuclear power station is the concept for controlling a fault and that for controlling normal operation. The tasks resulting from this for the control room personnel are decided by the control room concept. In this configuration process (from the division of process control tasks between the system components operators and control technology to the configuration of individual means of operation) the characteristics and capabilities of the personnel, which are subject to special requirements as regards their qualifications, are observed. New concepts which are only now technically feasible are therefore being developed for information processing and display, in order to give the personnel a better oversight of the state and trends of the plant. Die wesentlichen Grundlagen fuer die Wartengestaltung im Kernkraftwerk sind das Konzept fuer die Stoerfallbeherrschung und das fuer die Betriebsfuehrung. Unter Beruecksichtigung der daraus fuer das Wartenpersonal resultierenden Aufgaben wird das Wartenkonzept festgelegt. Im Rahmen dieses Gestaltungsprozesses - von der Aufteilung der Prozessfuehrungsaufgaben auf die Systemkomponenten Mensch und Leittechnik bis hin zur Gestaltung einzelner Arbeitsmittel - werden die Eigenschaften und Faehigkeiten des vorgesehenen Personals, das besonderen Anforderungen an seine Qualifikation unterliegt, beachtet. Deshalb werden auch neue, jetzt erst technisch realisierbare Konzepte fuer die Informationsverarbeitung und -darstellung entwickelt, um dem Personal bessere Uebersichten ueber den Zustand und den Trend der Anlage geben zu koennen.
