Correction for count rate losses due to pile up using a pulser
- 1. Radiochemistry Division, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai (India)
- 2. Electronics Division, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai (India)
Description
Count rate losses in full energy peaks of gamma-rays of different energies were measured as a function of dead time. Significant losses were observed in the count rate. These were effectively corrected using a constant frequency pulser. (author)
