Description
153Sm-Pingyangmycin has been prepared by the reaction of 153SmCl3 and Pingyangmycin. When the labelling condition was 1 mg Pingyangmycin, pH 5 - 6, 30 min reaction time, the labelling yield was greater than 98%. The in vitro stability of 153Sm- Pingyangmycin was good in 72 h. The results of the tissue distribution in Sarcomas-180 mice showed that tumor uptake at 3 h after injection was (1.615 +- 0.219)% ID/g and femur uptake at 6 h was (16.142 +- 3.501)% ID/g. The ratios of tumor/blood and femur/blood at 24 h were 48 and 908 respectively. 153Sm-Pingyangmycin may be used for the treatment of tumor and bone tumor
