Total moment orientation tensors for the 10Be nucleus 21+ state from the (d, pγ) reaction and their α-bi-neutron configuration

Description

The experimental angular moments for quadrupole and hexadecapole range of the even orientation tensor components of angular moments tkk in the 9Be(d,pγ) reaction at deuterons energy 12.5 and 15.5 MeV were got from the 120-cm cyclotron (Research Scientific Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Moscow State University) are given. Calculations of tensor characteristics were carried out in the supposition of the neutron stripping mechanism by the coupled channels method. Results of calculation are highly sensitive to the deformation parameter sign as well as to some components of the 10Be finite nucleus wave function in particular to [42]31D1,2 component, which is the principal one in the shell model bond. It is noted, that angular dependence of the reaction differential cross section is weakly sensitive to these 10Be characteristics
