Anomalous temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient of p-type CdxMnyHg1-x-yTe in a strong magnetic field

Description
Results of investigation into galvanomagnetic properties of p-CdxMnyHg1-x-yTe epitaxial layers within 4.2-300 K temperature and 0.69-15 kOe magnetic field ranges are given. It is shown, that change of Hall coefficient Rx sign occurs at T=180 and 20 K. Rx ∼ 106 cm3/C maximal value is reached at T=16 K. Anomalous dependence of conductivity and Rx on temperature which has oscillating character is detected within 60-100 K temperature range. Negligible increase of Rx with variation of magnetic field intensity is pointed out
