Description
A set of apparatus used for measuring α decays of mother-daughter nuclei is described. With this equipment α decays of mother and daughter nuclei produced in the nuclear reaction can be measured, respectively, and a time sequential α-spectrum can be obtained. This apparatus can be widely used in identification of new nuclides. Its properties and performance have been tested in experiments
