Description
Emission of short-range (R<100μm) particles produced in inelastic interactions of 12C nuclei with the momentum of 4.5 GeV/c per nucleon with light (C, N, O) and heavy (Ag, Br) emulsion nUclei is investigated by means of the nuclear emulsion method with the emulsions of various contents. It is established that in order to explain the emission from heavy nuclei one does not need to apply the hypothesis of the local heating of the nucleus. It is shown also that the criterion of the short ray in study of relativistic nucleus-nucleus collisions results in an essential distortion of the interaction properties on the light component of the emulsion
