Description

A problem of the sum-rule model is pointed out and is approached in this paper from a microscopic point of view of the massive transfer models. The model is at the limit of much too simplified picture of the bin model. The fusion limit of the break-up fragment takes the important role rather than the entrance channel angular momentum limit. The γ-multiplicity data taken by the ORNL crystal ball are presented. The result on a spherical target shows no target shape dependence in the transferred angular momentum
