The detection efficiency of Si(Li) detector for three-dimensional X-ray source
Description
The detection efficiency of Si(Li) detector for three-dimensional X-ray source has been determined With Monte Carlo simulation. There is a good agreement between the model and the marking values when the three-demensional X-ray source has been reduced to a point one
