K-p interaction at 2GeV/c
Description
Preliminary results on two-body reactions are presented. For the π+-Σ-+, anti K0N, and Λπ0 channels, the number of events studied was lower than 10% of the total nomber of events. Total cross sections are given. For the elastic scattering, about 2% of the total number of events were concerned. The elastic cross section was determined. The angular distributions were expanded into Legendre polynomial series and the values of Asub(L) obtained are compatible with those obtained by Daum et al using a higher number of events in the same energy range. The kaon-nucleon elastic scattering was analyzed in terms of Regge pole exchanges. The preliminary results of this analysis are in agreement with the differential cross sections obtained

On a presente des resultats preliminaires concernant des reactions a deux corps. Pour les canaux π+-Σ-+, anti K0 N, Λπ0, le lot utilise est inferieur a 10% de la statistique totale. On a donne les sections efficaces totales. Pour la diffusion elastique, le lot experimental est encore plus reduit (de l'ordre de 2%). On a determine la section efficace elastique. On a developpe en series de polynomes de Legendre les distributions angulaires et on a obtenu des Asub(L) compatibles avec ceux donnes par Daum et al pour le meme domaine d'energie qu'ils ont calcule a partir d'une statistique beaucoup plus importante. On a presente une analyse de la diffusion elastique kaon-nucleon en terme d'echanges de poles de Regge. Les resultats preliminaires de cette analyse reproduisent l'allure des sections efficaces differentiellesFiles
