Possible approach to choice of safe reactor characteristics

New approach to reactor safety analysis was proposed. This approach is based on the solution of optimization problems with limitations on safety functionals and post-optimization analysis of optimum variant found. The actual approach is destined for preliminary studies of advanced reactor concepts
