Description
Dose size for quantifying stochastic effect from which hazard factors are derived, does not suffice; individual or collective predispositions must be considered, too. This is indicated by the difference of the natural incidence of malignant diseases in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Inclusion of hazard factors in the formula of effective equivalent dose appears to pose some problems. (DG)

Die Groesse der Dosis zur Quantifizierung der stochastischen Wirkung, woraus sich die Risikofaktoren ableiten, reicht nicht aus. Individuelle oder kollektive Voraussetzungen zur Cancerisierung muessen mitberuecksichtigt werden. Ein Hinweis darauf ist die Differenz der natuerlichen Inzidenz maligner Erkrankungen in Hiroshima und Nagasaki. Die Aufnahme der Risikofaktoren in die Formel der effektiven Aequivalentdosis erscheint problematisch. (DG)Additional details
