Description
Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) is a diverse group of hematologic malignancies, with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) being the most common aggressive subtype. Neurolymphomatosis (NL), a rare complication of lymphoma, involves direct infiltration of peripheral nerves by malignant lymphoid cells. This case highlights the utility of PET-CT in diagnosing and monitoring neurolymphomatosis, an uncommon but severe complication of DLBCL. PET-CT allows for the identification of FDG-avid neuro involvement, crucial for early diagnosis and intervention. Prompt recognition and targeted management may improve patient outcomes in cases of neurolymphomatosis
