Thermodynamic characteristics of graphite-like modifications of boron nitride in 300-1700 K temperature range
Description
Enthalpy of graphite-like hexagonal and rhombohedric modifications of boron nitride in the range of 300-1700 K was measured by the method of reverse drop calorimetry. The relevant values of specific heat, entropy and Gibbs' reduced energy were calculated. 9 refs., 1 fig., 4 tabs
