Thermal conductivity of single crystals of nitrates of barium, strontium, and lead
Description
Experimental results of thermal conductivity measurements of barium nitrate, strontium nitrate and lead nitrate monocrystals are explained in the temperature range 1.5 - 150 K by aid of Callaways' integral. The choice of the relaxation rate for the three-phonon scattering process is different for different temperature regions. The three-phonon relaxation rate includes both normal and umklapp processes
