Mechanizm of chemical assembly of cadmium selenide films on the solid surfaces
- 1. Leningradskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Leningrad (USSR)
Description
Piezoresonance quartz balance was used to investigate the monolayer growth of thin films of cadmium selenide, prepared by the method of chemical assembly on solid surfaces at room temperature. The ratio of frequency change, directly proportional to mass change, was determined. It was used to find the mass of intermediate compound, formed after the first stage of chemical assembly. The proposed mechanism of chemical assembly was revealed on the basis of correlation of mass increase at the stage of cation-containing reagent adsorption and overall change of mass for one cycle of chemical assembly
