Application examples of the reports of the NEA Incident Reporting System of the OECD and evolution of the system
Description
Some reports of the work group no. 1 of the Nuclear Installations Security Committee of NEA, are summarized. An example of the report coding system concerning human factors, is given. The aim of the study is to improve the report contents as well as the coding system. In this case, a fast data selection is possible, and allows an efficient analysis of a particular situation. Moreover, the corrective procedures of the nuclear installation conception or operation can be easily modified, by the national organisations. Due to the improvements in quality, the opinion of the member countries on the incident reporting systems efficiency was enhanced

Le travail resume un certain nombre d'etudes auxquelles est associe le groupe de travail principal no. 1 qui assiste le Comite pour la Surete des Installations Nucleaires de l'AEN ainsi qu'un exemple du systeme de codage des rapports relatifs aux facteurs humains. L'objectif est l'amelioration du contenu des rapports et du systeme de codage permettant des selections plus rapides et plus efficaces des donnees pertinentes pour une analyse particuliere. Ainsi, l'application de mesures correctives, par les organismes nationaux, dans la conception ou dans le fonctionnement des installations nucleaires, est facilitee. Les evolutions dans le fonctionnement et la qualite du systeme des rapports d'incidents ont accru la confiance des participants dans l'efficacite de tel systemeFiles
