Description
Radioactive waste disposal project requires integrated programme of advanced science technologies and sophisticated knowledge as well as socio economical aspects. Especially, long term safety assessment requests multi lines evidence with technologies of obtaining, evaluating and interpreting them. This paper describes history and current activities in Swiss underground research laboratories (URLs), Grimsel and Mont Terri and also current activities both URLs in 2007. (author)
