Phase equilibria in REM-Mn-Ga systems at 500 deg C

Description

Isothermal (500 deg C) cross sections of [Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho]-Mn-Ga system phase diagrams in the region of REM content upto 0.333 at. parts are constructed. Formtaion of ternary compounds of ThMn12, Th2Ni17, Th2Zn17, TiFeSi, CeCu2 and CaIn2 type structures is characteristics of investigated phase diagram regions. Crystal structure (coordination parameters and temperature corrections) for ThMn12, Th2Ni17 and Th2Zn17 type compounds is refined
