Thermally radiation defects-formation in sodium-borosilicate glasses
Description
Glass of Na2O·19B2O3·30SiO2 exposed to γ-irradiation by dose 5·104 Gy at temperature 25 and 100-500 deg. C with interval 50 deg. C are examined. After the each thermally-radiation treatment absorption spectra were read in the range 200-1200 nm on spectrophotometer Lambda-35 (Perkin Elmer) at room temperature. Mechanism of observed thermally-radiation transformations of optical centers in sodium-borosilicate glasses are suggested
