The UCLA φ factory project
Description
We describe the physics goals of the UCLA φ factory that include: (i) measurement of ε'/ε to ≅ 10-4, (ii) test for T or CPT violation using double semi-leptonic decays, (iii) new tests for CPT violation and long range forces using KS0 → KL0 regeneration in a vacuum, (vi) tagged KS0 decay studies, (v) the proposed UCLA φ factory complex is outlined.
