Description

Our modulation model is implicated to study radial and latitudinal gradients of galactic protons. Modulation parameters are justified and energy dependence of radial and latitudinal gradients is investigated. We note that to fit calculations to experimental data latitudinal transport of low energy galactic protons should be taken into account
