X-ray diffraction study of alloys of the TlInSe2-InGaSe2, TlInTe2-InGaTe2 systems

Description

X-ray diffraction studies of the TlInSe2-InGaSe2, TlInTe2-InGaTe2 system alloys are carried out. The results of X-ray studies of the TlInSe2(Te2)-InGaSe2s,(Te2) system alloys confirm that in these system at the 1:1 ratio of the initial components, quaternary compounds. TlIn2GaSe4(Te4) are formed and wide ranges of solubility based on the initial compounds and these quaternary phases are observed
