Description
Characterization of feed and its beneficiated products both for their uranium content as well as for the associated mineral components, are important for flow sheet preparations. The present investigation focusses on the application of DTA in the identification of certain minerals like quartz, clay, coal, pyrite and goethite and species like ferrous sulphate, that are associated with the ore and beneficiated products; of TG in the estimations of their relative abundance, and of surface area measurements to understand some of their surface characteristics.
