Features of phase decomposition in heating Fe90Zr10 amorphous alloy

Description
Structural changes in the Fe90Zr10 amorphous alloys are studied through the methods of roentgenography, auger-spectroscopy and transparent electron microscopy. The samples were subjected to isochronous (1 hour) and isothermal annealing at 100-650 deg C. Lattice periods of solid solutions are determined. Possibility of alloy crystallization by long annealings relative to the mechanism of spinodal decay is discussed
