Thermodynamic model of atomic ordering. 4. Order-disorder transition in nonstoichiometric tantalum carbide
Description
Thermodynamic characteristics of the structural order-disorder phase transition in nonstoichiometric tantalum carbide are presented within the framework of the proposed model of atomic ordering. It is shown that the Me6C5-superstructure formed by the mechanism of the first type phase transition is the only possible ordered tantalum carbide phase
