About electric phenomena in electroneutral superfluid systems

Description

The Keldysh theory of superfluidity of rarefied electron-hole gas is generalized to the case of polarization of pairs. An equation is obtained for the complex order parameter Φ(r1, r2) which has the meaning of pairs wave function. This equation has the form of a nonlinear nonlocal integro-differential equation. The equation was solved in the case of slow variation of the order parameter at distances about the pair size. Using the known Φ(r1,r2) we obtained the dipole moment of the system and showed that the inhomogeneity of the system generated a dipole moment which was proportional to the density gradient and directed parallel to it. It is found that in a magnetic field there appears an additional dipole moment due to polarization of the pairs by the Lorentz force.
