The crystal and molecular structure of different xenon fluorides prepared by direct interaction of elementary substances is considered. The structures of XeF2 and XeF4 molecules are linear and plane-square, correspondingly. XeF6 exists in four crystal modifications. More complex structures are formed with the temperature decrease
