Luminescence of WO3
Description
Results are presented of a luminescence study of polycrystalline WO3 samples at 80 K and at 300 K under X radiation and electrical excitation. The emission spectra of luminescence and electroluminescence are obtained in the region from 300 to 700 nm. A brightness-voltage dependence is observed at 300 K in different excitation conditions. All results of electroluminescence measurements strongly suggest that a double injection process prevails
