Study of multisector reconstruction to synchronize ECG signal with cardiac images
- 1. Sapporo Medical Center NTT EAST (Japan)
Description
The combination of the reconstruction algorithm, rotation speed and helical pitch deal effectively with patient's heart rate from 40 to 120 bpm in CardIQ SnapShot scan mode. We carried out an experiment to evaluate the CardIQ feature with cardiac phantom. We obtained good result in heart rate from 50 to 65 bpm by Segment mode, for heart rate from 65 to 80 bpm by Burst mode, and for heart rate from 80 to 110 bpm by Burst Plus mode. We concluded that appropriate selection of these parameters is an important to synchronize electrocardiogram (ECG) signals with cardiac images. (author)
