Description

Results of theoretical and experimental investigation into the oriented monocrystal damage caused by ultrarelativistic electron and positron beams are presented. It is shown that the data obtained concerning the crystal electrophysical parameter degradation under irradiation can be applied both for evaluating the radiation resistance of crystals and for interaction process investigation. 6 refs
