Effect of heat treatment on the dissolution mechanism of impurities in the type of A4B6 compounds

Description
Effect of heat treatment on the concentration dependences of H microhardness and a elementary cell parameter in A4B6-impurity systems is investigated on the example of GeTe ad SnTe compounds alloyed by Gd, In and Sb. Anomalous character of concentration dependences of properties with introduction of small additions (approximately 0.1-0.2 at.%) of impurities into GeTe and SnTe compounds in a number of cases is associated with as non-completeness of diffusion processes resulting in localization of impurity atoms in cation vacances
