In the present paper we give the results on the cross section asymmetry for the reaction 4He(γ,p)3H in the energy range between 120 and 250 MeV and at cms angles of proton emission from 60 degree to 140 degree, taken with linearly polarized photon beam of the Kharkov 2 GeV electron linac
