Means and ways to secure raw material supply - exemplified by a medium-sized exploration and mining company
Description
Urangesellschaft mbH (UG) is a medium-sized exploration and mining company. Activities to secure uranium supply have been undertaken since 1968. Besides exploration in the strict sense of the word, UG developed and carried out activities in project acquisition and new technologies with a view to securing raw materials supply. - The adjustment of these activities to market conditions as well as results are presented. Bei der Urangesellschaft mbH (UG) handelt es sich um ein mittelgrosses Explorations- und Bergbauunternehmen. Taetigkeiten zur Rohstoffsicherung auf dem Sektor Uran werden seit 1968 betrieben. Dabei werden neben der Exploration im engeren Sinne Aktivitaeten zum Beteiligungserwerb und neue Technologien zur Rohstoffversorgung entwickelt und durchgefuehrt. - Die Anpassung dieser Aktivitaeten an Gegebenheiten des Marktes wird dargestellt und Aufwand und Nutzen verglichen.
