Suggestion of the study on thermal impact of thermal discharge from NPPs
Description
The thermal pollution of discharge from nuclear power plants has drawn more and more attention of the public as the rapid development of China's nuclear power industry. This paper summarized the research profiles about thermal impact of discharge from power plant. The current studies on the potential impact of warming rate on the heat tolerance of fish were highlighted, and a comparative analysis had been conducted. Based on this, further study on the heat tolerance of aquatic organisms under different warming rates may be carried out. (authors)
