Angular correlations of fission fragments as a method of investigation of nuclear decay

Description
The new modification of experimental method of time-dependent characteristics of the fusion-fission heavy-ion reactions, based on bremsstrahlung is suggested. It is shown, that the measurement of angular correlations of fission fragments permits to determine the duration of induced fission in the range of 10-15-10-12 s. The possibilities of the new experimental method for investigation of near-barrier fission of heavy nuclei are analysed
