Description
Specific features of interaction between components in concentrated solutions have been considered from the standpoint of the concept of structurally forced processes, using ternary systems LiCl-CaCl2-H2O, CaCl2-CsCl-H2O and LiCl-CsCl-H2O by way of example. The conclusion is made that double salts are complexes of the structurally forced type. Three basic mechanisms of their formation are suggested. 33 refs., 7 figs., 2 tabs
