Description
Radiological signs of pleural and pulmonary traumatic lesions are discussed on the basis of pathological changes and radiological correlations. Pulmonary hematoma and post traumatic pneumatocele are both results of a tear of pulmonary parenchyma. They resolve most of the time without treatment. (orig.)

Auf der Basis der pathologisch-anatomischen und roentgenphysikalischen Substrate werden die Roentgensymptome pleuraler und pulmonaler traumatischer Veraenderungen diskutiert. Lungenhaematome und traumatische Pneumatozelen entstehen nach einem Lungenparenchymriss und bilden sich meistens ohne Behandlung vollstaendig zurueck. (orig.)Additional details
