The legal aspects related to protection of the worker during its activity and in case of accident which involves dead or invalidity or occupation disease are presented. The aspects concerning to employment relation for workers in nuclear installations, and the professional liability for workers who handle ionizing radiation are discussed. (M.C.K.)
Abstract (Portuguese)
Apresentam-se os aspectos juridicos relativos a protecao do trabalhador durante o exercicio de sua atividade e em caso de acidente do qual decorra morte ou invalidez de doenca profissional. Discutem-se os aspectos concernentes a relacao empregaticia daqueles que trabalham em instalacoes nucleares, e a responsabilidade profissional daqueles que manuseiam radiacao ionizante. (M.C.K.)Files
