An improved several-step chemico-radiolytic method for generating a gas
Description
The invention relates to an improved several-step chemico-radiolytic method for generating a gas. This method comprises the following steps: the reaction with water of a hydrolyzable salt of an alkaline-earth metal at an appropriate temperature, through which are obtained an alkaline-earth hydroxide and an hydrogene halide; a step during which said hydrogen halide is submitted to the radiation resulting from a fusion reaction, so as to provide gaseous hydrogen and halogen molecules. This method permits to recycle certain substances and to use heat generated by a fusion reaction

L'invention concerne un procede chimio-radiolytique ameliore a plusieurs etapes, pour l'obtention d'un gaz. Ce procede comprend la reaction d'un sel hydrolysable de metal alcalino-terreux sur de l'eau, a une temperature appropriee, conduisant a l'obtention de l'hydroxyde d'alcalino-terreux et d'halogenure et une etape au cours de laquelle on soumet l'halogenure d'hydrogene au rayonnement provenant d'une reaction de fusion, afin d'obtenir de l'hydrogene gazeux et des molecules d'halogene.
