Description
The theory and application of the isotopic water method in body water and body composition studies are discussed, including the underlying assumptions and the effects of inaccuracies and the problems of recycling. The application of the method for estimating intake of water and water additives is outlined. A glossary is provided of the nomenclature and definitions used in work with isotopic water. (author)
