Description
The fast Z-pinch was considered as an efficient plasma radiation source for application to inertial confinement fusion and radiation-material interaction. The studies of fast Z-pinch implosion of multi-wire liners for a few years are described. We have developed several diagnostic systems for obtaining X-ray radiation of Z-pinch plasma, and developed one-dimensional and two-dimensional radiation magnetohydrodynamics codes to simulate the Z-pinch processes. We basically mastered the techniques of single and composite loads manufacture
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
