Description
Analysis of the state of the art of the problem of high-temperature (900-1300 deg K) electrochemical synthesis of molybdenum and tungsten carbides is carried out. The investigation results proved the promising character of high-temperature electrochemical synthesis as a new way to prepare carbide powders. New electrochemical systems for synthesis is suggested
