Description
La2O2S monocrystals are studied, using the methods of X-ray diffraction, chemical, neutron+activation analyses, hydrostatic weighing and electric conductivity measurement. Defectiveness metal, oxygen and sulphur sublattices are detected. Using the method of X-ray diffraction analysis position of introduced sulphur atoms is determined. Possible point structural defects in La2O2S monocrystals are considered. Activation energy of electron and ion conductivity is calculated
