Description
A mission to Russia in 1994 by a G-24 technical working group on training resulted in recommendations that Smolensk training center should receive support in the form of SAT (systematic approach to training) methodology transfer and equipment to prepare and produce training documentation. To satisfy this recommendation, an EU Tacis-funded project was performed at Smolensk training center between November 1995 and September 1996. This article reports on the project. figs., tabs., refs
