Description

In this contribution we report results of a small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) investigation of dUTPase/D2O solutions. Data were collected by the V4 spectrometer at the BENSC facility (Berlin, Germany). The results allow us to characterize the conformational properties of the protein in solution as a function of temperature and in the presence of trehalose, a disaccharide with a noticeable bioprotective action.
