On the peculiarities of long wave slope of spectral photoconductivity curves in CdS crystals
Description
The spectral distribution of photocurrent in CdS single crystals near the edge of fundamental absorption is studied. The investigation was carried out in the temperature range 77-300 K at the wavelength λ > 0.8 μkm. It is demonstrated that the peculiarities in the shapes of the spectral curves are due to the interactions of photocarriers with the states in the band tails of self-compensated CdS
