Hitachi-GE Nuclear Energy, Ltd. is now constructing Shimane nuclear power station unit No.3 supplied for The Chugoku Electric Power Co., Inc. Commercial operation is planned to start in December 2011. Hitachi's state-of-the-art construction technologies are applied and all construction milestones have been on schedule without any problems.
