Resonance decays involving vector mesons

Description
A picture of resonance decays using only very general features of the quark model is applied to the case of 1/2⁺1⁻ final states. Recent experiments on π N→Nρ provide a crucial test of the model, which predicts correctly the dominant spin of the Nρ system in several cases.
